Healing Arts Clinic
On March 14, Lydea Roach will host a Healing Arts Clinic from 10-4. The public is invited to attend and practitioners are welcome to participate. There will also be a seed exchange! Bring any seeds you want to share, and come see what others are bringing.
The clinic will be held at Lydea's home at 631 Brooks Lane, approximately .6 of a mile from Highway 3:
Reiki class
Paula Masterman is offering a Reiki class on Saturday, February 20th, from 1pm to 5pm. Class fee is $60.00. All levels of attunement are available and attendants will receive their certifications. She will also provide an introduction to Chakras that includes a Chakra clearing meditation. Anyone interested can call Paula to reserve their spot at 623-4255.
Workshop: Medicinal Culinary Herbs
Suzan La Berteaux is teaching a workshop on medicinal culinary herbs on April 17. To register, call Suzan at 623-4213. Cost will be from $25-$35 and all supplies will be provided. The work shop is from 10am till 1pm and will be held at the Highland Art Center in Studio D upstairs.

Annual Membership Meeting
The Annual Membership Meeting of the Trinity Alliance for the Healing Arts shall be held at 6:30pm on Tuesday on April 13th at the home of Lydea Roach, 631 Brooks Lane, approximately .6 of a mile from highway 3 in Weaverville.
Guest Speaker for this event will be Vicki Dello Joio who has been a Chi Kung Practitioner and master teacher for forty years. Vicki, who is a TAHA member, recently published a book, "The Way of Joy" and will speak on how you can make Joy fuel your life, guide every choice you make, and sustain you even in most challenging times. Kit Porritt Awarded Hawthorn Scholarship at Healing Arts Fair
At this year's Sixth Annual Healing Arts Fair held on October 24, 2009, Kit Porritt of Hayfork was awarded the Hawthorn Scholarship gift of $500 to assist her in the Masters in Counseling Program at National University.
